How do I request reference images?

Answer

CCP is able to provide low-resolution reference images from our archives for research use. Digital images may only be used for personal reference and research purposes. Researchers accept full responsibility for determining whether or not U.S. copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code) protects the materials being copied and whether or not their use exceeds the limits of fair use.

Our reference imaging fees are noted below, and we will bill you prior to beginning to digitize your requested items. After you have paid your invoice (if there is a fee), turn around time for requests is generally about one-two weeks; larger requests may take longer.

To make a request for reference images, please register for an account in our request management system Aeon, find an item you would like to have imaged in a finding aid, and then send an Aeon Imaging Request.
